The location was best possible yet it was walking distance from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. The breakfast choice was SAVOURY with bread and pastries.

My favorite property in Zermatt. The hotel was spotless with fresh and enjoyable breakfast selections. Comfy beds and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television. Beautiful view of the village and The famous Matterhorn mountain. Very scenic and unbeatable location in Zermatt, adjacent to Zermatt and the surrounding hamlets, local hikes, and all the restaurants.

Modern and tidy room with a stunning view of the mountains out the window. You'll stay cozy with central heating, and there's a private safe to keep your stuff secure. Plus, catch your favorite shows on the multi-channel TV 📺 in the bedroom.

The staff is so warm and nice breakfast, stamp and mailing service is good for foreign visitors. It's better to get a taxi to get there or request hotel car in advance.View and room are lovely and comfort, small hear arrange make u feel like at home.

But internet is not vaild even try few times. Down town to have dinner is quite far and danger while become dark. Better order dinner first or prepare something.

The breakfasts were great and the staff were most helpful. The configuration of our room was interesting and nice.

The accommodation is conveniently situated near the sunnega funicular, restaurants, and shopping, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the matterhorn express gondola is just a stone's throw away.

Very beautiful Hotel. Well placed in Zermatt, both for ski resort proximity and town center, restaurant and bars. Very kind staff, which makes you feel at home.

Beautiful view of the town and the Matterhorn from the hotel. Comfortable bed in the room. Great-sized bathroom with a bath. Exceptionally welcoming staff at the reception desk. Kindness from the whole staff.

As wrote in other comments, the breakfast was rich and delicious, especially home-baked bread and fresh orange juice. The view was also great. Facility is old but well maintained. Enjoyed the cofee room with fire place, dining room and the library. Hotel staffs were friendly.

It took time to do check-out, as a guest has been talking with the receptionist for a long time (seemed to have a general conversation). Because we wanted to catch a cable car to complete another hiking on the departure day it bothered, while it was not a fault of the hotel.

This hotel is run by a family, who all are very kind and friendly. I makes us feel very at home. The view from the balcony is very nice. In addition, the spa (sauna, steam bath etc..) are also good for us to relax after the hike.

Nothing special

We were amazed by the stunning views from our room at Hotel Bella Vista. The Matterhorn felt so close, it was like we could touch it. The room itself was cozy and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast offered a delicious spread of fresh and homemade treats. The hotel even provided a convenient electric cab service to and from the train station for a reasonable fee. We can't wait to return and spend more time in this lovely location. we highly recommend this hotel for its scenic beauty, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

The staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The view of the Matterhorn from the room and patio was magnificent. Everything about this hotel was great.

We liked the friendliness of the owners. they were very welcoming. The suite which my son had was lovely. Breakfasts were very good.

We had a superb stay at Bella Vista in Zermatt. The customer service from the moment we arrived was outstanding. We were picked up by the friendly Fabienne at the train station and whisked away to the hotel in no time. The room was spacious, immaculate, and had a stunning view. The breakfast was heavenly, with a variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, with easy access to skiing and the town center. I highly recommend Bella Vista for a cozy and memorable stay in Zermatt.
